		<description>Try a combination of spacers, to give the fan a little bit of &#039;room&#039; away from the fan mounting brackets.  These can impede the fan travel at startup if too close.  Also, R23 (near heat sink) should be discarded and replaced with an IN4148 diode.  Be sure that the banded end is on the LEFT side, if you are looking at the PCB with the sink on top (from solder pad side).</description>
