The computer is already a part of our lives
For today's economy, the computer is already a part of our lives that we cannot forsake. And for many professionals who have built their careers using computers on a daily basis, the very thought of avoiding using their laptops on a regular basis is just inconceivable.
But why would they even consider even trying to attempt to lessen their exposure to the very machines that give them a living and possibly even run their business? It's for health reasons, and significant health reasons they are. In recent studies conducted by The United States Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, people who have jobs that require them to be inactive in front of a computer for extended hours are more likely to suffer a heart attack.
Almost 40% of individuals who have jobs that entail long hours of sitting and working in front of a computer have shown symptoms of developing heart issues after subjecting to a full medical exam. A report in the Journal of the American College of Cardiology have shown the research results that was conducted by experts on individuals who spend at least four hours of playing computer games or simply working in front of a laptop or desktop computer that their chances of developing heart issues have risen as compared to those who seldom use computers for their work.
These individuals were then put into a regimen of proper exercise but the tests shows that exercise doesn't seem to have a major effect on their health. The reason for this phenomenon was attributed by experts to the radiation that was constantly exposed to them that emanated from the computer screen. Especially those old and bulky computer monitors that have tested out to have high Electromagnetic fields that can weaken the immune system and effect the nervous system as well with constant exposure.
So if exercise seems to be having very little effect, what else can a person who just cannot stay away from computers because of their work can do? One unusual advice to rid of radiation is a simple walk in the beach or better yet, swim in the ocean. Far from just merely to enjoying the view, the ocean releases negative ions that can greatly help release the positive ions that are in our bodies caused by radiation from computers.
Another great alternative approach is to go on a soup diet once in a while to free our system of toxins that can be clogged up in our digestive system. Our large intestines contain anti bodies that can be stressed because of a poor diet.
Cabbage soup in particular has shown to be very effective in cleansing the colon since releases the colon from the stress of eating an unbalanced diet. Cabbage soup diet and taking a dip in the ocean, simple ways to reduce heart issues caused by radiation.
